Did you know: In the State of Arizona that your property taxes are due on October 1 and March 1? You can pay the total amount in October or pay half in October and the other half in March. Well the weather has finally cooled off. For those of you that have not yet changed your watering system, you should do so now. We would recommend turning the water down to maybe 4 times a week. Remember that the city of Goodyear measures your sewer usage (water down the drains) during the months of January, February and March, then calculates your base rates on that usage.
Tip: Save water save money! If you happen to be putting in a pool during that time you can appeal to the City of Goodyear for lower rates if it is not your average usage.

We can let you know if your home appears to need one of these services. For example, in some cases light weeding may be necessary to keep your home out of violation of your homeowner’s association. If such a case occurs, we would recommend one of our partners for your approval, or we can over see the work from a contractor that you currently have an established relationship with.
