Even though it is nice to know what is going on in the community, keep in mind that the local newspaper delivers the news twice a week in our area. If you are not around, your home will begin to accumulate door hangers, flyers and newspapers in piles around your door. This is a clear indication that “nobody’s home.”

We recommend suspending your subscriptions, and obviously having someone check in on your place while you are away.
